I really wanted to show my expertise with social media in a unique way. My inspiration for my business card came from learning about negative space. I thought I could make a strong visual impact with large social media icons utilizing negative space. I also chose a strong, bright color and I repeated the squares throughout for consistency. I right-aligned all the text. I used to think I should always center align everything, but this class taught me that a right or left align can look cleaner. For the revision, I simply changed my contact info at the bottom from a dark grey to a white. It's so much easier to read and I don't know why I didn't think to do that in the first place. I'm actually really excited to use these for job hunting.
